Happy Halloween! Vinton residents at work and school celebrate the day with a variety of costumes, and of course, treats. 

The City of Vinton has announced that official Trick-or-Treating hours are from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31. 

The Virginia Gay Hospital Nursing and Rehab Center will also welcome Trick-or-Treaters from 5 to 7 p.m. Windsor Manor asks children to come between 4-6 p.m.
