The Vinton Public Library is planning two special events in the next week as part of its Summer Reading Program activities.
At 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, a representative of Blank Park Zoo will bring some of the zoo's animals to the library.
At 10:30 p.m. Monday, July 7, Pint-Size Polkas will visit the library. This program helps children learn occupations, hygiene and other lessons through music and dancing.
