Horizons, A Family Service Alliance will be hosting an Open House on October 16, 2014 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Come and learn about Horizons and the Family Support Program. There will be refreshments served and a drawing for prizes. Horizons is located at 215 North K Avenue in Vinton.
The Family Support Program is generously funded by Better Tomorrows Early Childhood Iowa and Benton County Community Foundation.
