Vinton American Legion makes plans for Memorial Day

The Vinton American Legion is planning on the following events, for Memorial Day, May 29th.

8:00 AM Military Honors at Maplewood Cemetery.

8:15 AM Military Honors at St Mary's Cemetery.

8:30 AM Military Honors at Evergreen Cemetery.

10:00 AM March to the Bridge.

If it is raining at the start time, of the above events, that event will be canceled.

11:00AM Memorial Service at the Veteran's Memorial Park.(Near the Rec Center) In case of rain the Memorial service will be moved to the Vinton American Legion Building, 105 North R Ave.
