Events and Activities : Vinton Fire Department to Hold Spring Fish Fry Fundraiser

The Vinton Fire Department will host a Spring Fish Fry Fundraiser at the Fire Station. The event will be held on Friday, April 5, from 4-8:00 p.m. The department will be serving fried fish, french fries, coleslaw, potato salad and a great selection of desserts.  The cost is $8 per person, ages 5 and under eat free.  The funds raised will go toward replacing our bunker gear and air packs as their expiration date nears and we can no longer legally or safely use them. Each set of bunker gear costs $2,500 and each air pack is $4,500! The fire department is located at 109 East 2nd St.
