Events and Activities : Benefit Auction to preserve the Spencer Grove Church

On Saturday June 25, 10:30 AM, at the Spencer Grove Church, 4 Miles West of Walker, Iowa, there will be a Benefit Auction to Help Preserve this Historical Landmark.

The Church has no regular service or congregation but has been kept up by a group of local citizens. In recent years they have replaced the foundation and last year put on a new roof of a cost  around $20,000. 

The next major Expense is releading the stainglass windows of a cost over $10,000

Auction Services are being donated by Joel Schmitz Auction Service.
