Join us on Friday, October 17, at 1:30 p.m. at the Vinton Public Library, located at 510 2nd Ave., Vinton. 

Do you have a favorite book character? Try drawing them as a ghost! You can take your creation home or leave it at the library to share with the community and help us make the library a little spooky for Halloween!
