Nomination Petition Signing Day

As many of you know, candidates are required to submit nomination petitions with a specific number of signatures in order to appear on the ballot. In an effort to help our local and statewide candidates obtain these signatures, we are hosting a nomination petition signing event this Saturday, January 24th, at Brickside Brew and Chew in Vinton from 9-10 a.m. All we're asking is that you stop in and take 5 minutes to sign petitions.

*Some candidates will be in attendance but we won't necessarily know in advance who those candidates might be.

**Signing nomination petitions does not mean you've agreed to vote for a candidate, and anyone who is 18+ and lives in Benton County is eligible to sign.

Stop by, meet the candidates and leave your signature! (You can also grab a bite to eat if you'd like!)
