Events and Activities : Official Trick or Treating hours

Monday from 5-7pm there will be ghosts and goblins roaming the streets of Vinton. Be sure to make a safety stop at Windsor Manor first to help make all of the little spooks visible to vehicles. Please turn on an outside light if you would like to welcome a knock on your door!

K October 28, 2011, 2:38 pm Also don\'t forget to stop at the Lutheran Town Homes! They love some company! My grandparents live there and last year they only got about 5 trick or treaters!!
