Events and Activities : Two Annual Classes for those with Diabetes to be held at VGH

Virginia Gay Hospital’s Diabetes Education Program is offering two Annual Classes for those with Diabetes. On Thursday, Sept 20th, Mary Beth Peiffer RD LD CDE, will present “Healthy Eating- Annual Diabetes Check-up” from 3-5 PM in the VGH Cafeteria. On Thursday, Sept. 27th, Julie Hansen RN will present on three topics- “Preventing and Treating Low Blood Sugar”, “Long-term Complications”, and “Blood Sugar Monitoring- What Do I Do With The Results?” from 3-5 PM in the VGH Cafeteria.
