“Pre-Diabetes-What Do I Need to Know?” is a class offered by Virginia Gay Hospital’s Diabetes Education Program on Thursday, March 1, 2012 from 3-5pm in the cafeteria. No physician referral needed. Open to the public. $15 fee. If you have a family history of Diabetes, have an inactive lifestyle, are overweight, high BP or cholesterol, etc, this class may be beneficial to you.
