The Vinton City Council held its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall on Thursday, October 10, 2024. Present were Mayor Bud Maynard, Rylie Pflughaupt, Tami Stark-Mahood, Wesley Recker, Zach Parmater, Andrew Elwick, absent Ron Hessenius. The meeting was called to order followed by the pledge of allegiance. Both the agenda and consent agenda were approved as well as the council meeting minutes of September 26, 2024, and meeting minutes of Vinton Parks & Recreation of September 12, 2024City invoices were approved, and communications and petitions or remonstrances were received and filed.
