COVID Cases in Benton County at 44

Benton County had held pretty steady in COVID 19 cases without a spike. One more case was added on Saturday. We've been fortunate to have only had one death in the county which occurred early on in the pandemic.

Today Gov. Kim Reynolds signed Senate File 2348, implementing legislation for HJR 14, a constitutional amendment that would restore felon voting rights upon discharge after completion of their sentences.

Of Benton County's 17,910 Registered Voters, there were a total of 3,817  or 21.31% votes cast. In 2016's presidential primary year, there was roughly a 14% turnout.
