PPEL vote passes in Vinton-Shellsburg School District

The PPEL Vote, which was a vote to renew the Physical Plant and Equipment Levy was approved extending the levy that has been in place since 1989. It will generate about $700,000 each year and will be spent on things like new roofs, new busses, desks, chairs, other furniture, cement for the parking lots, windows, computers, and etc.
