Government : Benton County Board of Supervisors Meeting Minutes/Claims, July 12

The Benton County Board of Supervisors met in special session with Supervisors Sanders, Frese, and Hertle present. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. Supervisor Frese and Hertle attended the meeting by telephone. The phone was on speaker so that all those present could listen and participate in any discussion.

Moved by Hertle, seconded by Frese, to approve a fireworks permit requested by William and Tabitha Reeves for an event at their home located at 5488 33rd Ave, Center Point, IA on July 13, 2013. All members voting aye thereon. Motion carried. Moved by Frese, seconded by Hertle, to set payment bond for Timber Ridge CDBG water project at 100% of contract price. All members voting aye thereon. Motion carried. Moved by Frese, seconded by Hertle, to adjourn. All members voting aye thereon. Motion carried.
