Government : Benton County Board of Supervisor Minutes 12/10/14

The Benton County Board of Supervisors met in special session with Supervisors Hertle and Wiley present. Supervisor Frese was absent. The meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m.

The board met for the purposes of receiving a report on a security assessment of the courthouse. Moved by Wiley, seconded by Hertle, to enter into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code 21.5(g), 21.5(k) and 22.7(50)a. Both members voting aye thereon. Motion carried at11:05 a.m.

Moved by Wiley, seconded by Hertle, to return to open session. Both members voting aye thereon. Motion carried at 12:20 p.m. No action was taken.

Moved by Wiley, seconded by Hertle, to adjourn. Both members voting aye thereon. Motion carried.
