December 4: Dustin J. Barkdoll, 34, Vinton; Intrastate Warrant.

December 6: Matthew D. Selken 39 Vinton; intrastate Warrant.

December 7: Spencer A. Wright, 23, Sigourney; Charged with Operating While Intoxicated – 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor).

December 15: Russell D. Schwartz, 22, Vinton; Charged with Domestic Abuse Assault (Simple Misdemeanor).

December 16: Kathryn J. Perkins, 32, Waterloo; Charged with Operating While Intoxicated – 2nd Offense (Aggravated Misdemeanor).

December 18: Gene R. Peterson 56 Vinton; Intrastate Warrant.

Three citations were issued in December. Two citations resulted from two reported traffic

accidents, and the remainder for other traffic offenses.

Two written warnings were issued in December.
