1. 9:00 A.M. Call to Order

2. Approve minutes

3. FY16 budget work – SEE NOTE BELOW

4. Sign Change Order #2 re: Courthouse Window Replacement

5. 9:10 a.m. – Urbana Mayor Eldred re: county participation in street costs

6. 9:20 a.m. – Engineer re: Resolution: Acquisition of Private Property for Bridge Replacement Project.

7. 10:00 a.m. Meet with counsel (Jon Swanson) on pending litigation - Possible closed session pursuant to Section 21.5(1)(c) of the Code of Iowa.

8. 10:30 a.m. Sheriff Forsyth – printer maintenance contract and inmate mental health services

9. 11:00 – FY16 budget work – meet with departments to review FY16 budget requests – the board meeting will continue through the afternoon with FY16 budget work

10. Reports – committee meetings, liaison, Etc.

11. New Business/Public Interest Comments

12. Adjourn

NOTE: The Board will be working on FY16 budgets throughout the meeting whenever time allows. The board will be meeting in the afternoon to continue working on the budgets. The departments scheduled to meet with the board, include but are not limited to: recorder, land use/public health, sheriff, engineer, and treasurer. Other budget related items/departments and work will be discussed as time allows.
