1. 9:00 A.M. Call to Order

2. Approve minutes

3. Approve claims

4. 9:05 A.M.-- Teamsters Union Proposal

5. FY16 budget work – SEE NOTE BELOW

6. Approve pay request for Zephyr Aluminum and discuss third floor windows

7. Approve placement of additional freezer for the food pantry

8. 9:30 a.m. – Discussion/action on animal warden (30 min)

9. 10:00 – FY16 budget work – meet with departments to review FY16 budget requests – the board meeting will continue through the afternoon with FY16 budget work

10. 11:00 a.m. – Ben Bonar re: Annual Integrated Vegetation Roadside Management report

11. Reports – committee meetings, liaison, Etc.

12. New Business/Public Interest Comments

13. Adjourn

NOTE: The Board will be working on FY16 budgets throughout the meeting whenever time allows. The departments scheduled to meet with the board, include but are not limited to: maintenance, mental health/social services, conservation, transportation and attorney. The board will be meeting in the afternoon to work on the budgets. Other budget related items/departments and work will be discussed as time allows.
