March 8 Two 16 year old males were referred to Juvenile Probation for Possession of Alcohol as Minors (Simple Misdemeanor).
March 20 A 16 year old male was referred to Juvenile Probation for Theft 5th Degree (Simple Misdemeanor).
Six citations were issued in March. One citations resulted from two reported traffic accidents, one for curfew violation – 1st offense, one for possession of alcohol under legal age, and the remainder for other offenses.
Thirty written warnings were issued in March.
One parking/snow removal violations were issued in March.
For the month of March 135 complaints/calls for service were handled by the Vinton Police Department.
