3. Authorize chairman to sign union contract with Chaffeurs & Teamster Local 238 (Sheriff’s Union) for FY16, FY17, FY18

4. Approve claims and action on allowing payment of claims submitted thru June 26; Approve FY16 payment schedule

5. Appoint member to county compensation board

6. Adopt Resolutions: FY16 Interfund Operating Transfers, FY16 Departmental Appropriations; FY16 Bank Depositories; FY16 Officials’ Bank Depository Amounts

7. Transfer funds – LOSST to Rural Services, Secondary Roads, and General Basic; TIF to Secondary Roads, General Basic to Land Acquisition, Cap. Projects to General Basic

8. Commit/assign fund balances for FY16

9. Act on FY16 salary certifications for deputies in auditor’s, recorder’s, treasurer’s and sheriff’s offices and assistant county attorneys.

10. Set meeting rate for Veterans Affairs Commissioners

11. Approve Janssen Waterproofing to do work on courthouse roof
