6. 10:00 a.m. – Middle Cedar River Watershed Management Authority : Adopt Resolution Supporting Formation of a Watershed Management Authority; Enter into Partnership Agreement with Iowa Economic Development Authority for CDBG-NDR grant; Sign letter of intent (to IEDA) to collaborate and enter into a subrecipient agreement, developer agreement, contract or other agreement
