November 8: David Lee Armstrong, 30, Cedar Rapids, Charged with Driving Under Suspension. (Simple Misdemeanor)
November 14: Justin Micahel Purcell, 19, Marion, Charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. (Serious Misdemeanor)
November 18: Laura Lea Hootman, 50, Vinton, Charged with Driving Under Suspension. (Simple Misdemeanor)
November 22: Kathy Ann Johnson, 37, Vinton, Arrested on an Intrastate Warrant for Fail to Appear, original charge of Fraud - Insufficient Funds Checks.
November 25: David Alan Robert Johnson, 21, Vinton. Arrested on an Intrastate Warrant for Violation of No Contact Order.

November 28: Shannon Joy Kite, 45, Vinton. Charged with O.W.I. 1st Offense. (Serious Misdemeanor)

Seventeen Citations were issued in November which were for Speeding, No Insurance, Operation without Registration, Stop Sign or Signal, and Fail to Maintain Control.
Thirty-Six Written Warnings for traffic offenses were issued in November and they were for Speeding, No Insurance, Headlights, and various Equipment Violations.
Six reported motor vehicle accidents for the month of November.
For the month of November, 242- complaints/calls for service were handled by the Vinton Police Department.
