**REMINDER**REMINDER**REMINDER** First Half Property Taxes are due before September 1st, 2016 and payable during September without penalty. Mobile Home Taxes and Special Assessments are also due at this time. We are able to accept partial payments toward the amount due on all payments except those for the special assessments and tax sales certificates. Penalty will still apply on the unpaid portion. Penalty will attach on October 1st, 2016, as per state law, at a rate of 1½% per month, rounded to the nearest whole dollar, with a minimum of one dollar. Please mail early to avoid any penalties. Postmarks on or before September 30th , 2016 will be honored. We will be open 7a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on September 28th, 29th and 30th, 2016 for your convenience!
