BENTON COUNTY CARE FACILITY FARM LAND FOR RENT

TERMS: CASH

 

All that part of the East one-half of the SE1/4 of Section 22 in Taylor Township lying south of the railroad right-of-way, excepting there from approximately five acres on which the buildings of the care facility are located. All tillable. Lease is for a three-year term.

 

Bids shall be received in the office of the county auditor until 4:30 p.m. on December 23, 2010. Persons submitting a bid shall have the opportunity to increase said bid at a meeting of the Board of Supervisors on December 28, 2010, at 9:15 a.m. Payment of 50% to be paid by March 15, 2011 and remaining balance by November 1, 2011.

Bids should be submitted to the Benton County Auditor, P.O. Box 549, Vinton, Iowa 52349 no later than 4:30 p.m. on December 23, 2010.
