July 20: Phillip James Horak, 37, Vinton; arrested on Intrastate Warrant for Original Charge of Violation of Probation

Eight written warnings for offenses were issued the Week of July 16 – 22, 2018 and they were for Improper Rear Lamps, Improper Registration Plate Lamp, Improper Brake Lights, Insufficient Number of Headlights, Failure to Use Headlamps When Required, Equipment Repair, and Speed.
