Government : BENTON COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF POST-ELECTION AUDIT

Pursuant to Code of Iowa Sec. 50.51, the Secretary of State's Office has ordered a postelection audit of the June 2, 2020, Primary Election. By random selection, EldoradoNewhall will be the precinct audited. The Benton County Auditor's Office will conduct this audit on Friday June 5, at 2:30 p.m. The audit will take place in the Supervisors Office at the Benton County Courthouse on the 2nd floor, 111 E 4th Street, Vinton, IA. Said proceeding shall be open to the public.
