Katie Cox, Benton County Public Health Director, reported that the number of positive COVID cases has increased from 249 to 368 in the month since she'd last met with the Board. As for opening the courthouse, the courthouse is doing well in keeping Covid-19 out, so Cox related that health board member Dr. Maggie Mangold recommended that if it's not broke, don't fix it. Cox felt education and encouragement of using masks are reflected in Benton County's numbers in comparison to other counties even though they are still going up.

Bierschenk moved/Seeman seconded: To keep courthouse closed to the public as currently has been and will review again on November 17, 2020 after the election. Motion carried.

Shelby Williams provided a quick conservation update.

Seeman moved//Bierschenk seconded: To adjourn. Motion carried.
