City of Shellsburg Minutes 05-06-21
5-06-21 a special meeting of the Shellsburg City Council was called to order by Mayor Speckner at 6:00pm in Council Chambers. Roll Call was answered by Blattler, Thorkildson, Chapman, Reeves, and Vogt. Thorkildson motioned to approve the agenda, second by Blattler. All ayes. There was discussion on garbage haulers and services offered. Vogt motioned to award Johnson County with the new hauler contract. Reeves second. All ayes. The current cycle of services will remain in place with garbage every week and recycling and yard waste alternating weeks. Vogt motioned to adjourn. Blattler second. All ayes.
