a. Approval of resolution approving a grant agreement with Iowa DOT for East 13th Street Bridge Rehabilitation Project

b. Approval of resolution approving plat of survey for Parcel D, part of Homecoming Court, Anderson Creek Estates First Addition to the City of Vinton, Iowa to be transferred to the trust estate created by the Virginia Gay Trust

c. Approval of resolution to waive review of the Dulin's Second Addition Plat of Survey

d. Approval of resolution to establish permit fees for food trucks

e. Approval of resolution approving auto renewal of Class "E" retail alcohol licenses

f. Approval of resolution to approve transfer of funds from General Fund to Library Fund

g. Approval of resolution to approve disbursement of hotel/motel tax proceeds to VU

h. Approval of change order from Pirc Tobin for West D Street Sewer Repairs

i. Set a date for General Government Committee Meeting to discuss records request policy

j. Set a date for a work session for FY24 budget work
