The Benton County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with Supervisors Seeman, Primmer and Bierschenk present. The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. at the conference room at the Benton County Service Center. Unless otherwise noted, all actions were approved unanimously.

The Board of Supervisors met with the Secondary Roads Union Representatives and Josh Ehrmann with I.U.P.A.T. District Council 81 to exchange the county's initial proposal. Kirsten Nelson, HR Director called in to participate in the meeting. Chad Swanson, Attorney could not participate. Paper copies were exchanged along with some discussion with some of the changes proposed such as comp time cut off along with wage comparisons from 2021 and how it compared to 2022/2023 and how the loss of overtime effected overall wages.

There was no action taken. Another meeting will be scheduled for any counter proposals.

Primmer moved/Bierschenk seconded to adjourn. Motion Carried
