Government : BENTON COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF POST-ELECTION AUDIT

Pursuant to Code of Iowa Sec. 50.51, the Secretary of State's Office has ordered a post-election audit of the September 12, 2023, Special City of Newhall Election for the Absentee Precinct. The Benton County Auditor's Office will conduct this audit on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. The audit will take place in the Auditor's Office at the Benton County Courthouse, 111 E 4th Street, Vinton, IA. Said proceeding shall be open to the public.
