Steve Schmitt announces his committee for the election of Republican nominee for Iowa Senate District 38.

Honorary Co-Chairs are State Representative Willard and Kay Jenkins and former State Representative Erv and LaVada Dennis. Committee members include, former State Senator Jim Lind, former Black Hawk Supervisor Scott Jordan, Harold Youngblut, Bonnie Sadler, Dr. Jim Kenyon, John Runchey, Barbara and Dale Hatinger, Mike Butler, Rich and Rita Congdon, Cindy Wells, Jeff Jacobi, Rachelle Brown and Rita and Don Schmidt.

His campaign will be anchored in the principles that have guided his public service and professional career: lowering taxes, improving public safety, fostering economic growth, and ensuring transparency in government.
