Government : Shellsburg City Council Minutes 7-9-24

7-09-2024 a special meeting of the Shellsburg City Council was called to order by Mayor Travis at 6:15pm in the Council Chambers.

Roll call was answered by Travis, Vogt, Reeves, Harvey, and Hepker.

Harvey motioned to approve the agenda, seconded by Hepker. All ayes.

Resolution #07-09-2024A, Wildcat Estates First Addition to Shellsburg Punch List

Approval was reviewed and discussed.

Hepker motioned to approve Resolution #07-09-2024A Punch List Approval, seconded by Reeves. A roll call vote was taken, all ayes.

Vogt motioned to approve Resolution #07-09-2024B, Wildcat Estates First Addition to Shellsburg Performance Bond Amount, seconded by Hepker. A roll call vote was taken, all ayes.

Hepker motioned to approve Resolution #07-09-2024C, Subdivider's Agreement, seconded by Reeves. A roll call vote was taken. All ayes.

Hepker motioned to approve Resolution #07-09-2024D, Final Plat for Wildcat Estates First Addition, seconded by Reeves. A roll call vote was taken, all ayes.

Reeves motioned to adjourn, seconded by Harvey. All ayes.
