NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Benton County Supervisors and Benton County Conservation may have an interest in a one acre plot formerly used as a one room school property and wish to dispose of any potential interest in this property. They will be holding a public hearing on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. at the Benton County Service Center. 811 D Ave. Vinton, IA.

The property is vacant and located at the corner of 23rd Ave. and 65th Street NW of Vinton and is described as:

One (1) Square acre out of the Northwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section (20) Township Eighty-four (84) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 5th P.M.
