Government : Supervisors meet for Employee Reviews

The Benton County Board of Supervisor meeting for Monday, December 2, 2024 began promptly at 9:00 a.m.

Employee Performance Evaluations

County employees have the opportunity to go into a closed session, under "Iowa Code 21.5(1)(i) To evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual's reputation and that individual requests a closed session."

There were sound issues at the beginning of the meeting in a discussion with Barb Fetzer.

Those up for review included, an asterick indicates that this review was in a closed session.
