It's a new year, but my commitment to delivering for Iowans remains the same. We are already hitting the ground running to secure the border, protect girls' sports, and cut taxpayer dollars. I will continue to bring Iowans' perspectives to D.C. and fight to make Washington run more like the great state of Iowa.
My family joined me when I was sworn in for the 119th Congress last Friday. I ran for Congress because I'm a mom - Max and Jax are my entire world. I'm a mom fighting for other moms who want to create the best possible future for their children. I'm fighting for the working Iowa families who have spent the past four years struggling under Joe Biden, for the veterans who have served our country, for the small business owners trying to keep their doors open, and for the farmers who work so hard to feed and fuel the world. I'm fighting to Make America Great Again for you and your family. Representing Iowa's Second District is the greatest honor of my lifetime, and I am humbled Iowans have entrusted me to once again be their voice in Congress.
I look forward to the next two years of delivering on Iowans' priorities and making common sense a common virtue again.
