Government : Republican Fundraiser brings Candidates to Benton County

The Benton County Republicans are holding their annual fundraising dinner on Tuesday, October 14th, at the Van Horne Community Center.  Doors open at 5:30, with dinner starting at 6 p.m.

The Featured Speaker is Brett Rogers, author of “The Goal is to Win.” In addition to Rogers, all 4 currently announced 2nd district Congressional candidates (former Congressman Rod Blum, State Senator Charlie McClintock, State Representative Shannon Lundgren, and former State Representative Joe Mitchell), and both announced State Auditor candidates (Lt. Governor Chris Cournoyer and Iowa County Supervisor Abigail Maas) will be in attendance. Brad Sherman, candidate for governor will also be at the dinner.
