Government : Minutes Benton County Board of Supervisors-Cedar Valley Ranch - October 15, 2025

The Benton County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with Supervisors Seeman, Tippett and Volz present. Chairman Seeman called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. at the Cedar Valley Ranch.   

The Board of Supervisors met with Henry Bratten, Cedar Valley Ranch Administrator along with Board Member Brenda Hackbarth. They discussed the services they provide to residents and how the funding works. The Board also toured the facility and discussed some of the updates needed such as some of the cast iron piping, flooring and some window overhangs. They also discussed maybe some changes that could be made to the contract which comes up for renewal in December of 2026. The meeting ended with a tour of the facility. 

Volz moved/Tippett seconded: To adjourn the meeting at 10:46 a.m. Volz, Seeman and Tippett voting aye. Motion carried.
