At the regular meeting of the Vinton City Council on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 7 PM at the Vinton City Hall, 110 West 3rd Street, the City of Vinton will be taking open bids for the sale of the property located at 602 8th Avenue. This property is in such a condition that as a requirement of the sale, the successful bidder will need to demolish the structure by March 31, 2012. Minimum bid is set at $3,000.
