4. 9:15 a.m. – Accept quotes and award the same for Unisyn Voting System

5. 9:25 a.m. - Approve payment to Thys Chevrolet for conservation vehicle

6. Accept resignation due to retirement of Dennis Parizek as part-time Transportation Driver

7. Acknowledge termination of employment for seasonal conservation employees Craig Brunssen, Ralph Jones, Chad Galli, and David Ervin

8. Acknowledge receipt and filing of Annual MMP for Wilco Farms Ltd

9. 9:30 a.m. – Approve hire of part-time clerical assistant in Social Services Dept. and set wage.

10. 9:45 a.m. – Public hearing/finding SOPHA (state of funded activities hearing) regarding windstorm CDBG

11. Authorize Chairman to sign agreement with Employee Benefit Systems for third party administration services of Benton County’s 125 Cafeteria Plan for 2013

12. 10:00 a.m. Sheriff Re: Approve hire of part time correctional officer, part time communications specialist and reserve officer. Authorize academy certified reserve officers to carry the following weapons used by the Sheriff’s office: handgun, Taser, chemical agents, striking instruments, knife, shotgun and rifle.

13. 10:30 a.m. Engineer Re: Sign purchase agreement for right of way on W28 – Intersection project south of Atkins
