Health and Fitness : Area Grief Support Groups to begin in January

Two new grief support groups will be starting in Benton County.
There will be a new monthly support group for all people experiencing grief caused by loss. The sessions are designed to help people move through or within their own grief journey.Participants will receive support and companionship.
People that would like to socialize and eat before the meeting may arrive at 11:30 to purchase a meal. Or come at noon for the support group only.
You do not need to be a member of a church to attend, all are welcome.
Meetings will be held at the Blairstown Cafe, 311 Locust Street NW on the second Thursday of the month from 11:30 - 1:00 PM and will be led by Pastor Jeff Schanbacher. The first meeting for this group will be held on January 9, 2020.
The second group will be at the Vinton Pizza Ranch, on the first Tuesday of each month from 11:30 - 1:00 PM and will be led by Pastor Brian Channel. The first meeting will be January 7, 2020.
