Nineteen long-term care leaders graduated from Iowa Health Care Association's (IHCA's) 2023-2024 Executive Health Care Leadership Institute program on July 12, 2024. This year-long leadership program provides Iowa long-term care workers with the leadership fundamentals and specific technical skills needed to provide care in post-acute care settings.

IHCA's 2023-2024 Executive Health Care Leadership Institute featured training on leadership fundamentals and advancement, including leadership development, population health management, human resources, workforce development and more, for leaders in Iowa skilled nursing facilities, assisted living programs, home health agencies and care continuum communities.
