Health and Fitness : VPL Memory Cafe this Friday

Individuals living with dementia, along with their caregivers, are invited to join the VPL Memory Cafe. We enjoy coffee and freshly baked cookies in our library board room. We laugh, share, and engage in fun activities together.

Join us when we meet next on the 2nd and 4th Friday,10:00 a.m. at the Vinton Public Library, 510 2nd Ave., Vinton. 

Next month, there will not be a meeting on November 28th due to the Thanksgiving weekend.
