Hundreds of 4-H and Cloverbud members and their parents lined up in the 4-H Building at the Benton County Fair Wednesday.

Each year the fair begins with the judging of hundreds of projects in a variety of categories, from baking to sewing to photography to wood- and metal-working. Judges will choose many of these entries to represent Benton County at the Iowa State Fair.
