News : Alumni Women\'s Basketball: Former players invited to Dec. 28 event

The Vinton Community Foundation is sponsoring the first-ever Vinton-Shellsburg/Garrison Women''s Alumni Basketball game on Dec. 28, in Vinton.

All former players are invited.

What? 1st Annual Womens Alumni Basketball

Who? Any V/S/G alumni women players. Six-player game included!

When? Saturday, December 28, 2013. Time dependent on # of teams.

Where? V/S High School

Entry deadline: December 15th.

Additional Information: Players – contact Dave Wessling by the 15th to let him know you'll be playing. Dave will then divide up teams. The number of games will be determined by the number of players that sign up. The matchups will probably be even yr of graduation vs. odd, and by age group. There will be no cost to the players unless the group, or your team, elects to do T shirts. The boys HS program is handling the boys event. Contact the HS for info.
