News : Boy Scouts ask residents to help with annual food drive

Help us fill the shelves. Earlier this week Pack 47 and Troop 47 of the Boy Scouts of America was out placing bags on the doors of Vinton residents for their annual food drive. This coming Saturday, Oct.12th starting at 9am they will be back around to pick up the bags that hopefully you put can goods in for the local food bank. Please place the filled bags outside your door by 9am Saturday morning. All the food collected will go to the Benton County food bank to help those in need in our area.
