Uniquely-decorated pumpkins are part of the VGH Halloween tradition.
It looks like a gumball machine. It is, however, a pumpkin. Several pumpkins took on unique appearances for the annual Virginia Gay Hospital pumpkin decorating contest.
The pumpkin were on display on tables in the VGH Nursing and Rehab Center as the employees paraded through with their costumes. The residents then voted for their favorites.
