Share program offers variety of unique food items

The March 2014 Share program offers a variety of great bargains for the whole family.

Among the items available to anyone are a 4-lb. package of potato smiles, hash browns with smiley faces on them. Also available this month: A box of seasoned steak strips for just $3.50 per pound.

Click HERE to see the order form. Please bring or mail it to the Benton County Volunteer Program Vinton office at 303 First Avenue in Vinton by March 14. Items will be distributed March 29, at First Christian Church in Vinton.

KN February 25, 2014, 12:52 pm it is a great program that encourage people to volunteer in your are to \"pay it forward\" I have been participating for about a year now and have not been disappointed in anything ..quality..price ..or freshness.Nice to see there are programs out there that are not income baased and have nothing to do with a \"free\" handout.
