News : Benton County parks now open for camping

Benton County Residents,

Happy Easter and a big “Welcome” to the 2014 Benton County Conservation Camping Season. We have officially opened all but one of our parks in Benton County. Minne Estema Park is still a bit wet to camp at currently. However we have available: Benton City, Hannen Lake, Hoefle Dulin, Rodgers, and Wildcat Bluff Parks all open for business. We welcome you to come and enjoy this beautiful weekend in our parks with your family. I challenge you to come and hike the trails, take out that canoe, go fishing, or simply grill outside while enjoying your friends and family in the Iowa outdoors we all love. The flowers are blooming, the birds are chirping, so don’t let the spring pass you by. We look forward to seeing you soon.
